[ Applicable material ]：This product is mainly used for chemical fiber cloth. The product is mainly used for various chemical fiber canvas.

[Application]suitable for needle plate coater coating production.

1, low speed stirring 10 minutes or so, 200 mesh filter cloth filter on the machine after use;

2. coating amount reference value: two dry base not less than 28g/㎡, according to customer needs to adjust the coating effect.

[ drying method ] drying at about 130 °C hot air drying. Because of the length of coater oven, wind speed, vehicle speed, coating effect to the test sample sheet, adjust coating process parameters, it is recommended to coater air temperature not less than 130 °C.

1.This product is a ready-to-use product, no need to add any auxiliaries.

2, not timely use, before use can be low-speed mixing uniform use.

3. Be sure to test the finished product before mass production to make sure it meets the requirements before using.

4, this product has a strong thixotropy (because of long time storage, viscosity will increase, is a normal phenomenon) , before use should be a simple uniform dispersion, viscosity will decline, paint recovery flow re-use.

[package]The standard package is 125kg impact resistant plastic bucket (lined with plastic inner bag) . The non-standard package provides the solution according to the specific situation.

[storage]5 ~ 45 °C indoor storage (to prevent direct sunlight and open-air freezing).
