[Use method] Apply to all types of coater coating production.
1. Take the material and stir for 10-20 min under the disperser, then add pearlescent powder, then dilute it with pure water to the viscosity required by the customer on the machine

Drying method: drying with hot air around 110 ° C. Due to the different length of coater oven, wind speed and vehicle speed, the coating effect is based on the experimental sample sheet, and the coating process parameters are adjusted. It is suggested that the wind temperature of coater should not be lower than 110 °C.

4. The viscosity of this product becomes larger and the fluidity becomes worse at low temperature, which is a normal phenomenon. It should be slightly heated (17-25 ° C) before using, the viscosity will drop, and the paint will be used again after the fluidity is restored.
