[ Application materials] ： this product is mainly used in the production of pearlescent paper, fluorescent paper gravure, air knife, scraper or coating areas as a binder.

[ usage ] take 100 kg of material under the disperser, add 10 kg of pearlescent powder, then add 10%-15% pure water to dilute and stir until the viscosity on the machine, directly on the machine coating.

[ drying method ] drying at about 110 °C hot air drying. Because the coater oven length, wind speed, vehicle speed is different, coating effect to test sample sheet, adjust coating process parameters, it is recommended that the coater air temperature is not less than 110 °C.

[ coating amount ]7-9 g/㎡(normal dry base coating amount, special circumstances according to product quality requirements and production cost adjustment control).

2. not timely use, in the use of high-speed mixing before the use of uniform use.
