[Purpose]： this series of products used in weak solvent ink-jet printing lamp box piece.

[Features ]:the coating has strong adhesion, good waterproof, fluorescent whiteness, excellent ink absorption, fast drying speed after printing, fine printing accuracy, bright color, restore the real. When made into a matte light box sheet, the coating quantity can be increased and the crack can be avoided.

[Application]Coater coating production. Applicable to all types of coater coating production.

[ drying method ] drying at 100 °C by HOT AIR.

[ coating amount ]25g/㎡(normal dry base coating amount, special circumstances according to product quality requirements and production cost adjustment control).

Note

1. The ink-jet material produced by this product requires the use of weak solvent-based ink print output, non-weak solvent-based material production please use the company’s other models of products;

2. This product for the surface coating, usually need to do with the primer; 3, the finished product coating production line about 7 days after the best performance;

4, Matte lamp box to add matting powder to this product. The standard package is 125kg impact resistant plastic bucket (lined with plastic inner bag) .

[Package ]The non-standard package provides the solution according to the specific situation.

[ storage ]5 ~ 45 °C indoor storage (to prevent direct sunlight and open-air freezing).
