[ purpose ]This product is mainly used for all kinds of color spray paper. Customer according to the actual situation to adjust the viscosity of this product suitable for the machine, adjust the viscosity with pure water or ethanol adjusted to the appropriate viscosity.
[ application]suitable for all types of coater coating production.
1. Take 100kg of material, add pure water or ethanol and dilute to about 15s (Coating-4 Cup measurement) .
2. 2. Lower the rotating speed of the disperser and add 1-2% of n-butanol defoamer under low speed stirring. Stir at low speed for 20 minutes.
3. Machine coating.
4, coating amount reference value: dry base 28-31 g/m2[ drying method ] drying road about 100 °C hot air drying. Because of the length of coater oven, wind speed, vehicle speed, coating effect to the test sample sheet, adjust coating process parameters, it is recommended to coater air temperature not less than 100 °C.

3. 4, this product has a strong thixotropy (because of long time storage, appearance will become jelly-like, is a normal phenomenon) , before use should be a simple uniform dispersion, viscosity will decline, paint to restore the flow of re-use.
[package ]：The standard package is 125kg impact resistant plastic bucket (lined with plastic inner bag) . The non-standard package provides the solution according to the specific situation.
[ storage] ]5 ~ 45 °C indoor storage (to prevent direct sunlight and open-air freezing).
