[Purpose ]：The product is mainly used for all kinds of pearlescent paper. Customers adjust the amount of pearlescent powder according to the actual situation, and fully mixed with this product evenly, with pure water or ethanol to adjust to the appropriate viscosity.
[ application] suitable for all types of coater coating production.
1. Take the material and mix it under the disperser for 10min-20min, then add pearlescent powder and dilute it with pure water to the viscosity required by the customer.
2. 2. Coating quantity reference value: the dry basis of paper suggests coating 10-12g/m2，
[ drying method ] drying at about 110 °C hot air drying. Because the coater oven length, wind speed, vehicle speed is different, coating effect to test sample sheet, adjust coating process parameters, it is recommended that the coater air temperature is not less than 110 °C.
Note:
1. This product is a ready-to-use product, no need to add any other auxiliaries.
2, not timely use, before use can be high-speed mixing uniform use.
2. Be sure to test the finished product before mass production to make sure it meets the requirements before using.
4, this product in the low temperature state viscosity become bigger fluidity become worse, it is a normal phenomenon, before use should be slightly warmer (up to 17-25 °C) , viscosity will decline, paint recovery fluidity re-use.
[package] ：The standard package is 1t impact resistant plastic bucket. The non-standard package provides the solution according to the specific situation.
[ storage ]5 ~ 45 °C indoor storage (to prevent direct sunlight and open-air freezing).
