[ purpose ]This product is mainly used for:
1, the connecting material, used in the production of pearlescent paper. Customers adjust the amount of pearlescent powder according to the actual situation, and the product fully mixed evenly, with pure water to adjust to the appropriate viscosity.
2. HP Indigo and fast-drying coated paper such as ink and ink are suitable for all kinds of coater coating production.
[Application] Applicable to all types of coater coating production.
Production of pearlescent paper:
1. Take the material and mix it under the disperser for 10 Min-20 min, then add pearlescent powder and dilute it with pure water to the required viscosity on the machine;
2. Coating quantity reference value: dry basis on paper suggest coating 10-12 g//m2,
production of fast-drying coated paper:
1. Material is mixed under the disperser for 10 Min-20 min, and then diluted with pure water to the required machine viscosity;
2. Coating quantity reference value: the dry basis of paper recommended coating 10-12 g//m2,
[ drying method ] hot air drying at 105 °C. Because of the length of coater oven, wind speed, vehicle speed, coating effect to the test sample sheet, adjust coating process parameters, it is recommended to coater air temperature not less than 105 °C.
Note：
1. This product is a ready-to-use product, no need to add any other auxiliaries.
2, not timely use, before use can be high-speed mixing uniform use.
3.Be sure to test the finished product before mass production to make sure it meets the requirements before using.
4, this product in the low temperature state viscosity become bigger fluidity become worse, it is a normal phenomenon, before use should be slightly warmer (up to 17-25 °C) , viscosity will decline, paint recovery fluidity re-use.
[ Package] The standard package is 125kg impact resistant plastic bucket (lined with plastic inner bag) . The non-standard package provides the solution according to the specific situation.
[ storage ]5 ~ 45 °C indoor storage (to prevent direct sunlight and open-air freezing).
